“Hello, Samsung Q55 TV connected to Denon DRA-800H via HDMI ARC And to Denon DRA-800H to CBL/SAT HDMI port connected Arris 5305 TV Box When turning on TV with TV remote the Denon turns ON also but not turning ON the TV Box. How to make it happen?”

Try going into the Cable Box menu and turn on HDMI control.
