“I want to connect with the remote agent that helped me last nite. He was able to connect my printer and then notified me and signed off .I was not able to print and then tried connect with Geek support and COULD NO Agent name Uldrich Help!!!!!”

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'm sorry that you weren't able to get ahold of the agent and the printer didn't fully function. It's normally quite difficult to get ahold of the same remote agent but we'd be more than happy to try again and get it squared away.
