If you don't think you will need their services in the future, then spend the $99 for a one time cost. However, if you think you may need their services more than once within a year then spend the $149. Keep in mind that there will be a $49 charge in lieu of $99 every time you use their services , so to save $50 you will need to use their services at least twice to realize a savings.
