Is this the PC game? (If so, is it download And/or disk) null

I play on my laptop. I purchased a code card and downloaded the game. It takes a while to download but not overly long. Requires 30Gb space.

It is a PC game or you could download it using the app. However, the code on the card is not redeemable. Best Buy will not exchange or refund. We went on the website and submitted a ticket. Us. Battle.net answered saying we need to contact point, in this case BestBut, for a refund, but they refuse to honor the request and refuse to exchange or refund. We came in to best buy and spent 45 minutes with a manager trying to make this code work, but nothing worked. They still refuse to refund. Do not purchase!

It's downloadable through the Blizzard app on PC.
