“When I go to play a movie on netflix, Hulu or Disney+ the screen goes black but you can hear the sound of the movie. Everything else works, even the main screen of the apps. Just goes black when the movie starts. What can I do?”

After a month, I am guessing you figured this out but just in case. The timeout is set for very short time. Go into your settings and change it for a longer period.
