It has a 1 year warranty so you will probably have to return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. A word of advise, on cheap models of electronics it is usually a good idea to buy the protection plan. Its like 30 bucks for 2 years, and then if it breaks in that time period you just bring it back to the store and they give you a new one.

I should have asked b4 standing there practically for nothing suffering, but I learned allot. This yr I hope I get whatever new bundle game it is early as learned I should too late so this yr then. Also. Game Stop has the same games on sale way cheaper then Best Buy on Thursday maybe b4 &0 Best Buy is Thursday as far as I know &in a bin which is a pain to search. I rather Game Stop. I missed out on the Coveted Spiderman 1. Also, bit big flat tv I needed for gaming. I only have small not smart TV LCD screen neither. Well at least got this tablet. Finally in a tablet. Just got WiFi, cuz was using cell hot spot, which ran out & broke Zte cell charge port again as just got it replaced under warranty Zte is horrible. I had to leave Boost & go back to cricket to get free phone. Low end. Wish I could afford the S10 on Spectrum deal. I like the Stylus 4 only, cuz features you can write on like surface pro since can't afford that (1 s of yet, but I don't like the shape. It's long ¬ wide screen &the sealed battery though it water proof I hear. Well guy is spinsered so don't know if after time things go wrong on it or eventually dies. I bet he doesn't do follow up review nor replied to my comment about that, cuz he can't say the truth as he is sponsered. I do ok on charging & last long in hrs of use, so you had bad 1. I would have taken it back with 30days if saw that issue. I was afraid of having your issue &it be too late after 30 days, but glad not so. Amen ! As I'm poor &lost so much already in phones & spent on eBay.
