“When I turn on this unit it ask me for a pin#. It did not ask me for a pin#. So I guess it will not get out of this screen. Can you tell me how I can get a pin# so I can unlock.”

did you get it used? when you buy it new it has no pin set. it will ask you if you would like to set one up but it doesn't have one out of the gate. ask the person you got it from for the pin they used.
