mine dont turn on i dont know whats going on null

Plug in power supply not USB connector, wait an hour or so then push and hold (for 3 seconds) the smaller button on the side. If nothing happens it's dead.

Mine does not work either. It turns on and that is all it does. Returning item. Not pleases.
