Yes, you can use Android apps on this tablet and play videos.

I haven’t tried Netflix, Hulu or Vudu, but I do watch YouTube vids without any issues or buffering. Give it a try and if it’s not to your liking then return it. I only purchased this to use with my OBDeleven dongle and app and works flawlessly, well worth the sale price of $29.99.

No I bought2 for grandkids from 2 different stores and neither worked
