“When i insert my EN-EL12 battery into the charger the screen just turns a greenish blue. Any clue what that means? Could my battery be dead?”

• This has happens to me as well. I flip the battery to correct this. You have it the right way once you see the visualization of the battery charging

• If your battery is dead, it will simply show a one bar or an empty screen. I would say that either the screen of the charger is not good anymore or the charger itself entirely is not good or that the battery is not inserted properly all the way into the charger.
