“Is this charger considered a "fast charger" similar to Samsung's newer micro USB phone chargers/blocks?”

• When I use it to charge my phone and I'm not on it doing anything it charges fairly quickly but if you need it to look up something or to send a message or anything like that it does slow it down quite a bit and take a lot longer

• Yes this is a fast charger, battery increases about 1% to 2% every 5 minutes.
