• Hard to say. From my experience most come with some level of charge but chances are you won’t get one that is on a full charge. However, they do not take long at all to put a full charge on them straight from the packaging. Even on a low or empty charge it usually takes less than 30mins to get obtain a full charge with a standard charger. Nonetheless I would recommend putting a full charge on it straight out of the package as this may extend the overall performance and life.
