QuestionMy battery will not charge. I have charger model TC-550. it will initially make the battery sign on the charger but will not continue to loop. The BP-OL50’s battery, however, will continuously loop and charge. Is this the wrong battery for this charger?

- Answer you can either recharge with the camera and provided cable, or purchase a stand alone charger of the same brand, all of them work for this battery, just takes a bit of finesse to get it to charge sometimes

- Answer Yes, the battery is not fully charged when purchased, buy the charger as well, this way your battery is charged without relying on the camera as your charger.
