QuestionIs there an adjustment to go from bare floors to carpet. my brush spins freely on bare floor but it bogs down on even thin carpet. Thanks I am talking about the breeze cyclone upright red vacuum. the model # is ud70105

- Answer Hi Alfie1! The Breeze Bagless Upright has an automatic height adjustment for this transition from bare floors to carpet. It sounds like the belt may be stretched. QuestionThe suction is lost. Seems like motor stopped working. Bought is 3 months a go. Used rarely. It says do not return to store and I called the given number thrice which lasted upto 30 mind and disconnected itself.. Nobody answered.

- Answer Hi Komal! Oh no, your Breeze Cyclonic Bagless Upright should last longer than this. We want to help. If you’ve noticed a loss in suction this can be due to a blockage in the hose or the filters needing to be cleaned/replaced. Please give the following steps a try: 1.) Rinse both the foam filter and HEPA filter from under the dirt cup and allow them to air dry for 24 hours before using. 2.) Open the bottom door of the dirt cup and twist the plastic baffle tube counterclockwise to remove. Tap out over the waste bin to remove any excess debris. Do not rinse. 3.) Disconnect the hose from both ends of the unit and run a broom stick through to clear any debris. 4.) Check inlets behind the dirt cup and bottom nozzle for any obstructions and remove. Once completed the unit will regain suction and pick up as it should. If further assistance is needed feel free to give us a call at 1-800-321-1134 M-F from 8a-6p EST. - Answer Hi there! If your brushes aren't spinning, it could be your brushroll jammed or your belt may have stretched. Please try this: Attempt to spin the brush roll by hand. If it doesn't easily by hand, it is possibly jammed. Remove the brush and clear out any hair and debris. If it spins by hand, remove the bottom plate and check the belt.
