• Yes there is. It's one of the attachments on the vacuum cleaner where you can attach it to the hose, and go up and down on the couch.

• Yes. And the hose has a 10 ft reach. The vacuum is very light so you need to be careful when you are using the attachment to keep the vacuum pretty close by or it will fall over... But it works great and for the price you can’t beat it...
