- Answer Vacuum is comparable to other vacuums for use on hard floors. I have tile bathroom and it works great in there. I have rugs on my hard wood floor and the vacuum transitions well between.

- Answer Yes there is. It's one of the attachments on the vacuum cleaner where you can attach it to the hose, and go up and down on the couch.
