Yes but it tends to overheat and shut down. Battery life isn’t great especially if shooting in 4k

There are features within the DJI Mimo app that will allow you to do this from your phone. You can also use it as a webcam with your computer just by tapping the prompt on the screen after connecting via USB and stream that way as well.
