“I want to map locations. Recording, geotagging and note taking for waypoints are important. I need to know which models handle waypoints, what information can be stored and if waypoints are imported/exported to things like GAIA, Google Earth and Garmin.”

Dear customer, thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, Air 2S does not support Waypoint missions. The reason for this is that the surveying and mapping function has high requirements for the aircraft’s positioning system and camera lens. For consumer drones, Mavic 2 series supports Waypoints' mission. Besides, for dedicated needs, you can check the DJI Enterprise product (such as Matrice 300 RTK/Phantom 4 RTK). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not used Waypoints yet, but both the Air 2S, and Mavic 3 now come with Waypoints, with the new downloads. I have them both on my Air 2S, and my Mavic 3. However, I have not used them yet, and my research suggests that they are not accurate enough to use for very precise locations.
