Yes, But there is a new version of the app that will enable the new drone to operate. If you are using an Android phone, that version is available to download from DJI because the Fly app is not on the Playstore now! If you use IOS/Apple it should have the current version on that store.

Short Answer: No Longer Answer: There isn't an Air 2 App. The DJI Fly App has been (seemingly) pulled by the Google Play Store (you may still have it, but it won't update), so you have to get it right from DJI now. If you don't get the current App from DJI, you can't activate and subsequently fly the Air 2s.
