If you are asking about the FAA registration, when it asks about remote ID, your response should be that your drone doesn't have remote ID. This is the answer that I got from an FAA representative. The remote ID system is not in operation

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At this time (August 2021) although the rule is in place the FAA has not finalized the details so there are no drones that fall under Remote ID. You can click on no and will be able to finish your registration.
