Hi there, Thank you very much for your interest in DJI products. Due to changes in external market conditions and policies, DJI has discontinued the DJI Care Refresh service for newly purchased DJI Air 3S units in the United States as of June 26, 2025. This means that even if a product is sourced through an official U.S. distribution channel, newly purchased Air 3S drones are no longer eligible to register for or activate DJI Care Refresh in the U.S. market.
