Yes I just had to take a short video of my product still in working condition and then fly the product for DJI the company and record it all once finished I was able to secure the DJI fly away package
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this and mine came with an account logged in which means it was bound to an account. This means that it could not qualify for Dji care refresh. Your or other results may differ. You can always give Dji a call or chat on their support chat and they can unbind the account for you as long as you have proof of purchase. I got it unbounded by contacting Dji and it was inbound the next day. I cannot verify it though as I ultimately decided to return it as the exterior shipping package was damaged. Also beware of buying from the Dji website as I almost got scammed there.
