• A:Answer Manufacturer’s warranty is what you get and only the remaining time from the date the drone went into service. I believe you have 45 days to return it to Best Buy. My drone was not reset to the factory settings. I found the persons info in the settings of the remote control.

• A:Answer The spec is quite far but my practical experience is 1/2 mile at least with clear line of sight. If a structure is in the way, maybe less. Remember that hobbies and Sect 109 pilots must all fly while keeping the UAV in sight. I would suggest this may put the max within the 1/4 mile range.

• A:Answer Wow, no answers after 9 months. I’m pretty sure they are just BB refurbished and I’m suspect at how thorough their process is after getting a MP3 Pro that had problems that didn’t show up until I had flown it for an hour or so. I think they check for the obvious and then make sure all the parts and pieces are back in box. All software and firmware updates are easily done with the DJI Fly app. It will ask to update when new firmware is out. At this point, this are infrequent.

• A:Answer You can get the official DJI care through the Dji website, and following a procedure guided step by step you can be qualified for using the DJI care even on a second hand drone. You basically need to send them a video of your drone showing the perfect status of hardware and software (they show you how) and then they can approve it or not.
