Do refurbished work they same a new null

The one I got looks new and works like new.

Mine does, i couldn't even tell that it was used, it was in great shape! But i cant answer for all of them.

#1. Learn how to compose and proof a sentence. #2. Is anything is "refurbished & certified" the function should be the same. Also, check to see if it has the same warranty -- as a new product.
