With that noted and to your question: Yes,the Inspire II was designed with integrated battery heaters to enable it to fly in temperatures at or around the freezing point. Your question, and not to be critical, is phrased in a manner which could could include temperatures of 31(F) degrees, 11(F) degrees, or -27(F) degrees, or otherwise. With a reminder the information herein is provided based on my personal experience and opinion and notice it is in all parts subject to the recommendation to contact DJI for this and/or other question regarding its products or services, I will volunteer my supposition is battery life will decrease at an increasing rate the colder the temoerature, but all else equal the design of the Inspire II will likely provide the longest period of time in the coldest temperature relative to other DJI products save the Matrice 600 series.
