• take it to your store, you should be able to return it, and get a new one. also, the batteries wont charge if they are hot right after use

• Check ALL connections from outlet to battery, you might possibly have a bad battery from the factory, this is not unheard of.

• How long has it been on the charger? Remove the battery from charger, and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. You should see the LEDs cycle, and light up. If nothing happens, it's probably just bad.
