• Depends on environment. Urban city areas have more signal interference meaning decreased range. You will still get about about 2 miles flying in a crowded city (which is good). Rural open environment you'll get closer to advertised range.

• Since the pilot must keep the drone where they can see it (VLOS) and the color is not easy to see against the sky, it will stay in range. The stated range is 10km (a little more than 6 miles).

• Ibhave gone up to 5 miles so far but the range tests I have seen based on battery have been up to 7 or 8 miles with returning

• About 5 miles if you have no interference between the RC and the drone. Legally, per the FAA rules, you have to fly so the drone is always within Visual Line of Sight (VLOS).
