Depends on the environment I’ve been 5 miles away and had no problems with it disconnecting but there was no obstruction in that 5 miles. I’ve been in the inner city with it and I got about 1 1/2 miles before it automatically returned. If you lose signal the drone automatically returns to the home point- The point of takeoff
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you asking how far the drone can fly from the remote? DJI claims about 10km range for FCC regulated models, but of course this depends on the environment. If you're flying in areas with a lot of RF noise like power lines or radio towers, or around hills, buildings or trees it's going to be greatly reduced. If you mean how far can *you* be from the remote - you should not attempt, you need to stay in control of the aircraft.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The remote tells u when ur getting to far and believe me that is very farrr i go as far as 2 blocks and if u do go too far and it disconnects it flys back to u automatically and fornsome reason if ur remote is off it flys tlback automatically where u first took off.. or u can save a designated home spot where it can fly to if anything was to happen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve noticed that I can get almost 2 miles but the drone must be fairly high because if I go half a mile away and go down to 40 feet it will lose connectivity and sit there and hover
