No. The controllers use unique frequencies tied to the drone. 50 of them could be flying around and only respond to their controller

The reason to avoid flying 3 or more aircraft close to each other is because they will automatically choose a different channel for each aircraft, that takes up 3 of the 8 available channels, leaving 5 alternates.
