“Will the remote controller hold a Galaxy Note 9 in a case?”

• It does work with my S20 Ultra in a thin case, The phone is nearly as wide as the Note 9 but the case would be the biggest factor I say. There is a little wiggle room, so you may be safe, I don't know how much the rubber piece may resist a thicker case such as an otterbox since I don't have something comparable to test it out. I do not have the thumb sticks on in my shots since I took it out to take pictures.

• It depends on the case - the thinner the more likely it will fit. I've had a Galaxy Note 9 in the past, but now I use a Note 10+. Both phones will fit without a case, but I need to take my Note 10+ out of my Otterbox Commuter case to fit it in this controller, as it is just slightly too thick to fit.

• IT is unlikely to do so - I could not fit my iPhone 6 with an otter box case.

• No, but i belive one will be available soon. Total opening is 3.126 inches.
