Yes, you can even do a split screen just like casting couch.com

You cannot take a photo while recording it is one or the other. I have taken screenshots from the video and while not photo quality it still looks great.

Sorry. You will need to choose video or photo. That doesn't stop you from taking a screen grab in edit. Also, you can switch over mid flight from one to the other because of the operations software DJI provides and regularly updates.
