You do have register it but to my knowledge you have to print out a certificate for UAV (Unmaned Aerial Vehicle). I got mine laminated at the nearest staples you of course can have it not laminated. Hope this helps to answer your question!

You are supposed to register it with the FAA which takes about 5 minutes on-line at faa.gov and costs $5 for a 3 year registration. You need to check your state laws to see if there are any further requirements for drone operation where you live. I am in Missouri and no license is required.

Yes,if you plan on making any profit,in aerial photography,construction sites etc I’d if you post on YouTube and other media sites that run ads..and you get a profit ..but for hobbiest no.

Not if you are a recreational Flyer. But you do have to register your aircraft if it weighs more than 0.55 lbs. (250 grams) and less than 55 lbs. (25 kg), which the Air 2 does. Its very easy and it only cost $5 at this time. You can find all the information about this at https://www.faa.gov/uas/
