You can order it from any local store and have it shipped free, to any other location. They will ship it from another store, to the one you are at. I purchased mine in Connecticut and picked it up in Florida, after my flight home.

There will be limited only since the drone is sold out so fast. If they have one, pay them upfront so it's yours. They won't have the option to deliver it to you, but to the store. Once it gets there you can get it. Back to the previous online issue, it will say not available within 250miles. So your best bet is to go to your closest bestbuy retailer store and buy it the way I did. It went well. Happy flying.
