• A:Answer The differences are that the mic 3 is smaller in every way, the units and the case are more compact, but they are lighter, longer lasting, and generally improved. They dont sag shirts as much and they have 4x the internal storage for your 32-bit float recordings. The only thing you really lose is the 3.5mm mic input.
