Yes, however, the FAA requires ANY fpv pilot to be accompanied by a Visual Observer, that is capible of taking the controls in the even that there is an issue, and also to relay information about approaching aircraft, birds, etc. This applies to Recreational and commercial flyers. If you have your part 107 certification then you can file a request for waiver, but from I have read and heard it is unlikely that you will get approval.

As of 12/25/23 DJI has released new software for the mini 4 pro. So the short answer is yes. Not just any headgear though. Im using DJI goggles.
