• You can only fly 120m altitude legally. Yes this drone can fly up to 500m but only with proper authorization and part 107 license.

• 120m limit is actual being impended by FAA. The Drone actual can go over 500m. Just make sure that you follow FAA air space law. The drone actual can go way more than 500m up. Point being is that you need to make sure you're reading up on FAA air space law to make sure you do not run into troubles with FAA
