• Hello Tony. The holder of the Osmo Mobile can accommodate phones with a width of 2.31-3.34 inch (58.6-84.8 mm). You may need to remove the Otterbox. Thanks.

• Otterbox cases are really thick - may not work with the DJI Osmo Mobile as there are notches at the top, bottom and side of the stabilizer to support the camera and provide counter balance for the gimbal

• The otterbox creates width that makes it harder for the clamp to hold your phone in place. I would recommended removing your phone from the case.
