If you are referring to posting recorded videos or photos directly from the Osmo Pocket 3 to Facebook, this is currently not supported. The Osmo Pocket 3 does not support installing or running third-party applications, so content cannot be posted directly from the device. You can first transfer the footage to your mobile phone or computer, and then upload it to Facebook using the Facebook app or website.
