• Yes. Either best buy will replace a defective one or DJI will fix or replace.

• DJI have known to replace the whole drone if you can prove you crashed if their equipment failed. You have to send in your log and they will look at it.

• Best buy does not offer a warranty or protection plan but DJI does, you can register ur drone and select the plan you want on the DJI website. If you do have any issues with the product out of the box like a defective battery or deffective drone you can still return it within the week you bought it and get a new one.
