ck to make sure you are not in a no fly area. if not there was a glitch in some of the phantom 4's recently i returned one because it would never go out of beginner mode. tried software updates to no avail. bring it back.

The great thing about the Pro 4 is, it has accident avoidance, so you probably will never hurt anyone or run into anything. You will probably only lose control for a very short period of time and then immediately regain it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try calibrating the compass and gyro. Also make sure your antennas on the controller are parallel to the drone. Do not point the antennas at the drone. The signals come out of the sides of the antenna, not the tip.
