The camera can be controlled up and down with the controller. You move the drone to move the camera right or left using the control sticks. If it crashes and doesn’t loose power you should be able to find it using the screen on your display device. If you do loose power then hope you see it go down to give you an idea of where to start looking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are many how to videos on YouTube I would suggest going on there and spend an hour looking at the How To's of this device... as far as crashes yes there is an app that will collect a signal based on last known position, Litchi has a find my drone feature however the drone must be powered on... otherwise just add it to you current auto insurance policy with your insurance company for about 6 too 10 dollars a month and just file a claim for a new one...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The camera gimbal is controlled by a spin dial on the controller, which alows the camera to move from the forward position to downward position . Two joysticks control the drone. Up down / forward reverse. Yes it has gps , although not much use if it crashes into water .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You control the turn/yaw of the camera by rotating the entire drone itself. There are also a number of intelligent flight modes like POI that can accomplish this for you. If your drone ends up someplace you cannot see, you can use the DJI GO 4 app to find the drone using the GPS signal. This feature is called "find my drone".
