• They didn't offer it for me when I bought mine. They honestly had no clue about any of the drone related questions I had. Might just be my location, may be different in other locations.

• I do not think they cover any damage done to it by user error. I would recommend purchasing dji care refresh from DJI.com to cover damage. you will want to purchase this before activation of the Phantom or within 48 hours otherwise you have to make a very comprehensive video.

• Apparently not. My husband broke his drone after only having it for 2 months and Best Buy pretty much told him too bad. Call DJI. He wound up fixing it himself.
