They didn't offer it for me when I bought mine. They honestly had no clue about any of the drone related questions I had. Might just be my location, may be different in other locations.

I would recommend purchasing dji care refresh from DJI.com to cover damage. you will want to purchase this before activation of the Phantom or within 48 hours otherwise you have to make a very comprehensive video.
