• I don't have the EOS R to test, but it works with the Panasonic S1R Full Frame camera with 24-105mm lens. The S1R plus the lens is a heavy combo. It's 1016g for the S1R body and 680g for the 24-105mm lens. It handles the weight of that combo just fine.
