• If it's over .55 lb. you must be 18 years of age I believe however I also believe you can at 13 if it's over that weight with adult supervision, check with the FAA drone guidelines, good luck and be responsible and learn as much as you can before that step

• Absolutely not, perhaps consider getting practice on dry land and thoroughly reading your manuals before you even do anything and watch tutorials on YouTube and Dji I hope this helps
