Edward, if you purchased Spark after the promotion was in place, then you should've received the remote with your order. If this is the case, please contact support to resolve the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did the same thing. Take a screen shot and bring back the fringe boxed w receipt n go to CS n let them know. There should not be any problem with it as long as it's in stock I assume
