Only the "fly more" package comes with a controller....but be warned....even with the controller you'll need a compatible mobile device running the app to use the drones features. My smart phone (Moto Z) didn't make their list. I took my spark back and got my money back, after spending way too much time trying to figure out why the dang thing wouldn't work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it does not. You have to download the DJI app to your smart phone to fly it. I recommend buying the controller because it is a lot easier to fly and the range and speed are greatly increased with sport mode.
