• Yes it be full game but you can purchase extra downloadable content via Nintendo eshop

• The entire game is on the cartridge, as all first-party Nintendo games are. That being said there are optional updates.

• Chances are your assumption is wrong. Nintendo has jumped onto the pass key bandwagon, along with Bethesda and ID Software. Many of these games contain 50 to 300mb on the disc and the rest has to be downloaded. That is why I am done buying games from those publishers. Support physical copies.
