• The steel books don’t come with the game so I don’t really know if they put a limit on how many you can buy. Unlike the Pokémon Cards which is 3 per person(In-Store) and 5 (Online)

• Yes you can but make sure to save some room for other people that would want the steel book but also steelbook don’t come with the game unless in some cases they do with other games have to rad some of the descriptions in games to see what they include
