The BEST BUY installers will only do, at least in my Instal a routine removal and new oven slide in ONLY!! My first crew was terrible said oven would not fit in existing space where same brand and size came out and similar need to go in. They said need 3/4” wider cut and they don’t carry saws and that’s NOT included in a $199 install, it’s a custom install for more money. So oven sat in my living room for three weeks. Scheduled carpenter and NEW BB installers. New BB installers were good and in fact the first crew was wrong and double oven did fit in existing cut out. So good luck and insist that scheduler sends a very experienced instillation crew.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The installers are not allowed to do any carpenter work at all!!! Had an awful time getting my double oven installed even though I took the deminsions to Best Buy to be sure they would fit the existing space.
