I had a lot of problems with getting my double oven installed as well. They kept cancelling or no show. I was about ready to take it back to their parking lot and put a sign on it, but instead kept calling and rescheduling. I even called the corporate office and was promised a $100 gift card for my challenges, but that didnt happen because that order "wasn't entered correctly" and was also a no show. No oven for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's dinners, but it finally got installed. Dont give up. Be as much a PITA to them as they are to you. It works great now and I'm glad I put up with the struggle.

Please try again later.I recommend you contact customer service at Bestbuy and inform them of your scheduling mishap, so they can be aware and intervene in which installer company gets used. They should be able to suggest an alternative 3rd party installer company that has a better record of service for you.
